Pick up You can pick up your order from our North Phoenix, warehouse or any of the nearest locations to you which may include direct manufacture or Distribution Warehouses for no extra charge.

Standard Ground, Normally arrives in 1-7 business days

Accessories may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-7 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Freight Delivery, Normally arrives in 2-8 business days

Heavy item(s) must be shipped separately via ground freight (freight trucking companies like: Fedex Freight, Roadrunner Freight). Usually, oversized item(s) arrive within 2-8 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Processing times vary, we treat each order with the utmost urgency but due to manufacture and distribution inconsistencies beyond our control we do not guarantee processing time. We cannot offer expedited shipping for oversized item(s). The delivery company will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. Typically, there will be a minimum of a four-hour time frame for the delivery and an adult must be available to accept, inspect, and sign-for the delivery. The item will be delivered to your designated shipping address. The freight delivery company is not responsible carrying the item into the building. The total charge does include lift gate service, but does NOT include inside delivery and removal of cartons.
